Ford Motor Company (FordPro) secured funding from the California Energy Commission to demonstrate their charge management software with a growing fleet of electric buses at the Twin Rivers Unified School District in Sacramento, CA. ProspectSV provides support to FordPro including grant invoicing and administration assistance, as well as drafting technical deliverables and knowledge transfer outreach materials. We assist FordPro with preparing funding and progress reports, advise on report content strategy, and assist with project communications when directed. As a grant administration partner, we work closely with FordPro to anticipate concerns and work through challenges to complete the project on time and within budget.
