As WRNS Studio’s Director of Sustainability and co-Lead of the K-12 and Civic Studio, Pauline has led community-focused projects which includes: the Sonoma Academy Guild and Commons, a LEED Platinum, the first LBC Petal and Net Zero Carbon Certifications in the U.S and the Atherton Library and Civic Center, a LEED Gold, PEC All-Electric Award winner and AIA/ALA 2023 Library award. She served as a sustainability advisor for Hawaii’s Department of Education on their districtwide sustainability initiatives and helped to coauthor key chapters in the William J. Worthen Decarbonization Building Practice Guide.
