Gary recently joined Prospect Silicon Valley as the Director of Mobility Programs, where he is responsible for the management of two grant-funded demonstration projects, strategic and business direction, and civic engagement. Gary brings a strong background in transportation planning and project management that he developed while working nearly 13 years at Arup, an international engineering and planning consulting firm. His experience spans a wide range of studies and plans encompassing public transit infrastructure, transit-oriented development, campus master planning, Transportation Demand Management and commute pilot programs, and feasibility of new transportation modes including guideway-based and road-based automated transit. Gary is actively involved at the national level with the Transportation Research Board, serving on committees related to emerging technologies and automation for public transit. He also has organized breakout sessions focused on public transit and shared mobility at the TRB-sponsored Automated Vehicles Symposium.
